This is how pharmacies should be! He CARES!!! Phone gets answered, prescriptions filled quickly, and amazing service and advice. Even though it’s a little out of our way, we don’t mind because we LOVE this small business!

Thank you Tracktown Pharmacy! This is what health care should look and feel like. Prompt, professional service. Someone answers the phone when I call (no half hour holds), and questions are answered thoughtfully and kindly. Besides being convenient to my workplace, the office is pleasant and welcoming. The pharmacist even made calls on my behalf to get a prescription transferred when another office couldn’t be bothered to send things to the right place. In a landscape where medical care is increasingly dehumanizing and corporate, I feel particularly grateful for this place. I suffer from chronic illness and pain, and am so often left disappointed and discouraged by my interactions with the healthcare world. I hope you know that what you’re doing helps to salve some of the wounds inflicted by this broken system. It really makes a difference.

I love the fact that I can always find street parking out front, run in, get my Rx pickup in 1 min or less and leave. Those poor souls who line up at regular drug stores for 15+ min to be told to come back in 30, I feel sorry for them but secretly hope they don’t find this gem of a local drug store

My favorite pharmacy in the Eugene area. My sister and I come here, and he’s just wonderful! Great advocate when it comes to talking to insurance, and incredibly fast. We think he works 24/7 the way he’s on top of things. Thank you for being so understanding and passionate! Highly recommend this place!

I have a lot of different prescriptions and this is truly the best pharmacy I've ever been to. Any complications have been dealt with quickly and with compassion. I am so glad I went with this pharmacy.

Huge thank you to this Pharmacy for helping myself and my husband find somewhere to get our rabies shots after getting our day 0. It was impossible to get help from any nearby pharmacies for day 3, 7 and 14 and we had such difficulty getting any communication or help from anyone. The staff were so kind and helpful and gave me a call back with where to go. If you’re looking for a genuinely helpful pharmacy this is the one! I will be using this as my go to place from here on out. Thank you so so much 🤍

I was so happy to learn about this community resource! A locally-owned alternative to big corporate business is so refreshing. The guy who answers the phone's name is Byoung (rhymes with gong, but the B and the y are not silent, FYI). Byoung will take good care of you! He does this thing, it's called "customer service", and it feels so good. He answered the phone immediately, got what we needed in one day, we went in for a shot without an appointment, it took literally less than 5 minutes, and he acted like it was no big deal. :-D. If only all people and business would simply be decent like that! I highly recommend the place, and look forward to others having such a great time getting their pharmaceutical needs met.

love getting home opening the box of meds and half the pills are gone and I don't have the proper doses. definitely unprofessional being charged full price for half of what's prescribed. errors happen and they fixed it promptly even after hours its something I wasn't expecting and walmart would never do. adjusted rating reflected.
